Belgapubs

The non-profit association Belgapubs campaigns to give the self-employed and small businesses access to marketing solutions within their budget.

MOTIVATION

As I went through high school, I wanted to work with real clients to test my online learning.

This scholarship was still in progress (at the time of this organization’s formation), so I did not have my management diploma allowing me to become independent.

A non-profit family business was created between my brother and sister-in-law, which allowed my brother to share some of his freelance work with my sister-in-law and me while allowing me to have new tasks.

Rebranding

We started rebranding Lakasa (inherited from another agency) to Lokaloo and determining the visual style and tone to use.

Lokaloo is supposed to bring a breath of fresh air to the dormant community and novelty with the new features of the VNDO project.

The results

Zero to €10K+ ARR

1185% increase in revenue between the first and second year through the use of the Lakasa franchise.

2X community

After the rebranding of Lakasa to Lokaloo and updating the marketing strategy, the number of followers doubled from 2.000 to 4.000 members.

(Since its acquisition by Videns and the subsequent abandonment of the project, the number of followers has been declining.)

Helped grow a business that was acquired in June 2018 by Videns SPRL.
