What does professional portrait photography cost?

Do you shoot on-site or do I need to come to you?
I come to you and shoot on-site. Travel from Huy is billed separately by distance. This works well for corporate team headshots, events and any shoot where your own setting matters, with no studio trip.
What types of photography do you specialize in?
Portrait, corporate headshots, events, automobile, product and reportage. Each includes the full service: briefing, on-site shoot, professional retouching and delivery. Genres can be combined in a single multi-purpose session.
How long until I get edited photos after my shoot?
Two to three weeks. A one-hour shoot produces over 300 frames, so the work runs in stages: initial cull and sort, then manual selection. You review the pre-selection in a private gallery and pick your favourites, so I only retouch what you actually want. Editing happens in careful passes on a separate day alongside other bookings.
Can you photograph our whole team for corporate headshots?
Yes, both individual and group corporate headshots shot on-site at your office. Team sessions are available on request.
What's included in your photography service?
The full pipeline: a briefing to understand your needs, the on-site shoot on Sony α7 III, professional retouching and colour grading, then final file delivery. Everything is refined in post-production.
Who owns the photos and what can I do with them?
I keep the copyright and am the only person allowed to edit the images. You receive a usage licence, private or commercial, matched to your intended use. Tell me how you'll use the photos when booking so the licence covers it.
Do you travel to Belgium, Luxembourg, France and other countries?
I work across Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands and Germany, based in Huy. Travel is billed separately by distance, shown transparently in your quote so you see the full cost upfront.
What happens if your camera breaks during my event?
I carry backup bodies, lenses and memory cards, so a single equipment failure does not stop your shoot or event coverage. Reliability is built into the service.
What should I look for when choosing a photographer for headshots?
Review full sets, not highlights: look for consistent skin tones, flattering light and a coherent look across many faces. Check they shoot whole teams on-site and understand business portraiture. We talk through your goal before booking so the result fits how you'll use the photos.
