Rives Ardentes

Maintenance and evolution of the Rives Ardentes site, a Liège eco-district of more than 1,300 homes, including a bespoke interactive map of the development.

01Context

Rives Ardentes is a large eco-district in Liège: more than 1,300 homes designed for sustainable living, sold off-plan across the phases of construction.

02What I did

While on staff at eTeamsys, I handled the site's development and maintenance:

  • Built an interactive map of the development: a clickable SVG plan where each block and each unit shows its sales status and links through to the matching project.
  • Optimised legacy pages and updated content.
  • Ongoing site maintenance.
03Impact

The interactive map is how buyers explore and pick their unit, at the heart of an off-plan sales process: more than 60% of the apartments were sold off-plan. As part of eTeamsys's digital strategy, to which I contributed the site and this map, the project recorded a 126% rise in qualified leads.
